摘要
生产流程分析法是一种卓有成效的划分工艺相似零件组的零件分组方法,但其主要缺陷为无法迅速准确地插入新零件。针对这一不足提出了能全面描述组内零件编码信息的累加矩阵和基于此矩阵的匹配度匹配法,该方法使得生产流程分析法和零件编码有机地结合起来,提高了新零件匹配的灵活性和精确度,增强了生产流程分析法的实用性。
Production flow analysis is an efficient method to form part families in the group technology. But it can not insert a new part into its similar part group. So define a kind of matrix aiming at the defect of production flow analysis. Meanwhile,presenting an improved arithmetic which can made a new part be matched to its similar part group more quickly and more precisely. The matrix defined and the arithmetic presented combines production flow analysis with part code skillfully. It improves the practicality of production flow analysis in the group technology.
