摘要
针对制造企业设备层中信息交互所存在的障碍和问题,介绍一种基于AU1100嵌入式处理器的软/硬件一体多功能交互式信息终端,并且分析车间环境对该信息交互终端可靠性的影响,最后从热设计、电磁兼容性设计、防潮湿与粉尘设计和防振动与冲击设计四个方面完成了该信息交互终端的可靠性设计。
A kind of systematic structure for a multi-function interactive information terminal based on AU1100 which is an embedded-processor is described in allusion to the obstacles and problems for information interaction in the device level of manufacturing enterprise. And the impact of environment of workshop on the reliability of information interactive terminal has been analyzed. Finally the reliability design of information interaction terminal is finished by thermal design, electromagnetic compatibility design, and defenses against moist and dust design, defenses against vibration and impact design.
