摘要
双侧乳腺癌(BBC)是乳腺癌的一种特殊表现形式,其发病机制、生物学特性和预后都尚不明确。通过探索和研究乳腺癌相关基因如BRCA1、ATM、p53等,可以明确BBC的发病基础。BBC病灶的分子标记物及标记物间的相关性能较好显示BBC的生物学特性。可见基因和分子水平的研究是认识BBC的好方法。现综述近年来BBC基因和分子的研究进展。
Bilateral breast cancer (BBC) is a special type of breast cancer; its mechanism of pathogenesis, characteristics and prognosis are all unrevealed and controversial. Breast cancer related genes such as BRCA1, ATM, p53 and so on are researched widely in order to identify the susceptible gene associated with BBC. What' s more, the molecular markers of the bilateral lesions and the relationship between them can indicate the biological features of BBC. It seems that research based on the gene and molecule may gradually reveal the pathogenesis and the essence of BBC. This paper will review the progress in genetic and molecular study of BBC in recent years.
