摘要
针对传统采集卡的不足,提出了基于USB接口的数据采集卡的解决方案;系统采用Cypress EZ-USB芯片为核心控制器,实现了采集卡一些通用功能和多样化的数据采集方式,并应用于滚动轴承振动噪音检测系统中,具有使用便捷和性价比高等特点.
The paper presents a new data acquisition card based on USB to overcome the shortcoming of traditional cards. By using Cypress EZ-USB chip, the card implements ordinary functions and includes multiple sampling modes. The card is fast and convenient to use with a high performance/cost value. It can be applied to rolling bearing monitoring.
