摘要 使用紫铜丝制作线框电极,采用电火花腐蚀方法,以套型的方式加工模具型腔和型芯。分析了电火花套型加工的工艺原理、特点及加工工艺规律和加工效率。应用电火花套型加工工艺制作了模具型腔和型芯,并用该模具压制出了橡胶制品。电火花套型加工工艺的电极制作简单,可显著提高加工效率,降低生产成本。 The cavity and core were trepanned with frame electrode made of copper wire by EDM The principles, characteristics, processing laws and efficiency of EDM trepanning cavity of the mou were analyzed. Advantages and future applications were presented by examples and the moulds ma chined by this method were instructed as well. The rubber products formed by the machined moul were displayed finally. The technology shows making of electrode simple, improving efficiency greatl and reducing cutting cost.
