摘要
针对高职院校员工队伍建设问题,提出一个现实、可行的选择,就是对在职员工进行培训。要从人力资源管理与开发这一战略高度,在理念、认知、方法等方面进行系统的思考。
To solve the problem of staff construction in high vocational college, this paper puts forward a realistic and feasible choice to train its staff. Based on the strategy height of human resource and development, it analyzes some aspects including principle, cognition, method and so on.
