高职学生素质结构的优化模式的内容:坚持以人为本的办学思想,构建以就业为导向、以课程改革为核心、以校园文化建设为特色,以优秀师资为保证的模式。
The optimizing mode content of structure of students＇ quality in high vocational college includes the following aspects, such as the thought of running schools based on people, the guidance of job-oriented, the core of course reform, the feature of school＇s culture building, and the mode guaranteed by excellent teachers.
