摘要
介绍OTIS电梯用钢丝绳的生产过程、工艺设计、生产过程控制和技术参数制订,以8×19S结构钢丝绳为例,结合国内电梯钢丝绳标准GB 8903—1988,并参照OTIS电梯用钢丝绳的特殊性能,对相应的配丝尺寸进行改动,采用预变形、后变形、股绳淋油、合绳过程张力控制、在线预张拉等工艺措施,使整绳破断拉力提高19%,60万次疲劳实验后伸长率小于0.31%,各项性能指标满足要求。
To introduce the production procedure, process design, procedure control, working-out of technique parameters of wire rope for OTIS elevator. Taking 8 × 19S structure wire rope for example, combining domestic wire rope for elevators standard GB 8903-1988 and referring to the special property of wire rope for OTIS elevator, the dimension of steel wires for rope are changed accordingly. By taking such measures as pre-formation, after-formation, grease pouring on strands, tension control in rope closing, pre-stress in line, the breaking tensile test of rope rises 19% , elongation is less than 0.31% after 6 × 10^5 times fatigue test, every property indexes satisfy requirements.
