摘要
目的:观察超声乳化白内障吸除折叠人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效及并发症。方法:对250例(254眼)进行超声乳化晶状体吸除一期折叠人工晶状体植入术。结果:术后1wk;1,3mo裸眼或矫正视力≥0.5者分别为82.4%、84.6%、89.2%。结论:超声乳化白内障吸除折叠人工晶状体植入术疗效满意、安全、快捷。手术成功关键取决于术者技术熟练程度。
AIM： To analyze the effect and complications of pha- coemulsification with intraocular lenses （IOL） implantation in the treatment of cataract.
METHODS： Phacoemulsification with IOL implantation was performed on 250 cases （254 eyes） with cataract.
RESULTS： The uncorrected or corrected visual acuities achieving /〉0.5 were 82.4% on the first week, 84.6% on the first month and 89.2% on the third month after operation, respectively.
CONCLUSION： Phacoemulsification with IOL implantation is safe, fast and effective. The success of surgery denpends on the surgeon＇s technical skill.
