牵引成骨矫治硬腭骨缺损动物模型的建立

摘要 目的建立一种应用牵引成骨技术矫治硬腭骨缺损畸形的腭裂动物模型。方法1-1.5岁健康家犬8只为实验对象(6只为实验组,2只为实验对照组)。以外科手术在硬腭部模仿临床腭裂形成骨缺损裂隙,实验组同时放置牵引装置,并形成骨运送盘,8周后观察裂隙关闭情况及软、硬组织形态,了解模型建立后牵引成骨的可行性。结果实验组犬经安置牵引装置后可关闭硬腭处骨裂隙,牵引装置固定稳固,X线显示骨运送盘可牵移,骨缺损区裂隙闭合,全身状况良好。对照组犬8周后,腭裂隙仍存在,大小形状与手术时无差别。结论通过手术方式建立的腭裂动物模型,可用于牵引成骨技术矫治腭裂骨缺损,具有一定的可行性。 Objective To establish an animal model of cleft palate for distraction osteogenesis (DO) treatment. Methods Eight healthy dogs (aged 1 - 1. 5 years) were assigned randomly into 2 groups. The experimental group contained six dogs that underwent 9 mm × 30 mm palatal osteoectomy and DO procedure. The other two dogs received palate osteoectomy only as the experimental control. The cleft of the controls was measured and compared with the data when the dogs were killed in week 8. The state of the cleft and the stability of the DO apparatus were also observed in the experimental group. Results All dogs were in good condition within the experiment period. The shape and width of the cleft palate remained almost the same as when it was made on control dogs. In the experimental group, the wound healed in 7- 10 days. The DO apparatus was stable. X-ray showed that the transport-disc was distracted. The procedure of the closure of the palatal cleft was observed. Conclusion It is a feasible way of establishing experimental cleft palate in dogs by surgical operation for DO treatment.
