摘要
铁液包倾转力矩是铁液包结构设计中一个重要问题。本文采用有限元法建立了铁液包倾转力矩数学模型。将铁液包余液的体积分成斜锥台和正锥台两部分,然后求解。其关键点是采用有限元法把斜锥台分割成n个弓形片状有限元体,从而推导出斜锥台部分的体心矩数学模型,采用数值迭代法求解。这种方法能够简单有效地解决铁液包倾转力矩求解问题,对铁液包结构设计具有积极意义。最后用实例来说明算法的有效性。
The torque of the molten iron ladle is a very important problem when designing the structure of molten iron ladle. The mathematical model of the molten iron ladle was established using finite element method. The body of remained melt in the molten iron ladlecould be divided into the slanting cone and the cylinder, then seeks the solution. The key point is that the slanting cone can be divided into numbers of finite arc-like plates by using the finite element, then deduce the mathematical model of the partly body centered moment and solve the equation using interative addition. The method can solve torqueof the molten iron ladle briefly and effectively, it has a great significance for designing the structure of molten iron ladle. Finally, an example is given to elucidate the effectiveness of the algorithmic.
