铸态铁素体球铁螺纹管件的生产实践

摘要 针对球铁管件壁薄(3~9 mm)、冷却速度快、白口倾向大的特点,选择合适的化学成分;采用双联熔炼工艺,多孔塞法炉外脱硫,获得温度和成分稳定的铁液;选用FeSiMg6RE2低稀土球化剂进行球化处理;炉前出铁槽添加w为0.6%~0.8%75SiFe,进行一次孕育;在手端浇包内添加w为0.1%~0.2%高效复合孕育剂,进行二次孕育;稳定地生产了铸态铁素体球铁螺纹管件,其抗拉强度σb≥520 MPa,伸长率δ≥14%.同时,对生产中球铁管件出现的反白口和石墨漂浮缺陷的形成原因,进行了分析,并采取了有效措施,防止缺陷的产生. Ductile iron pipe fittings with thinner section (thickness 3 mm-9mm), cool more rapidly and tend to solidify as white iron. Based on this feature, the appropriate chemical composition is selected. The molten iron of stable temperature and composition is obtained und the condition that adopting duplex melting technology and ladle desulphurizing with porous plug process. Molten iron is treated using FeSiMgRE2 as spheroidizer. For primary inoculation,75SiFe is added to front tapping spont in amounts of 0.6%-0.8%;and for secondary inoculation, high efficacy complex inoculant is added into hand ladle in amounts of 0.1%-0.2%. It was got in stable production of as-cast ferritic ductile iron threaded pipe fitting rough castings with tensile strength of more than 520 MPa and elongation of more than 14%. Moreover, for the defects in ductile iron pipe fittings, such as inverse chill and carbon flotation ,the forming causes were analyzed. The proper remedies were adopted for preventing the defects.
