摘要 目的:研究细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)在上皮性卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用Western blot技术和免疫组化方法,研究ERK1和ERK2蛋白在50例上皮性卵巢癌,10例卵巢良性肿瘤,10例正常卵巢组织中的表达。结果:ERK1和ERK2在卵巢癌中有过度表达,与正常卵巢及卵巢良性肿瘤相比,差异十分显著(P<0.01)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期表达高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,差异显著(P<0.05)。ERK1和ERK2与卵巢癌分化程度、病理类型无关。结论:ERK的过度表达在卵巢癌的发生发展中起重要作用。 Objective: To study the expression of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) in epithelial ovarian cancer and its role in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. Methods: The expression of ERK was determined by immunohistochemical method and Western blot in 50 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, 10 cases of benign ovarian cancer, and 10 normal ovarian tissues. Results: The expression of ERK in ovarian cancer was higher than that in normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian cancer (P 〈 0.01 ), and in ovarian cancer of stage m and IV it was significantly higher than that in ovarian cancer of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05 ), No significant difference in the expression of ERK was found both between highly, moderately, and poorly differentiated ovarian cancer and between different histological types of ovarian cancer. Conclusion: The overexpression of ERK may play an important role in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer.
