摘要
建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,而“三农”保险的保障作用也应及时跟进,这样才能够充分发挥保险在国民经济中的作用。大力发展“三农”保险是保险业贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。因此充分发挥保险在社会主义新农村建设中的积极作用,探索发展“三农”保险的有效路径,让保险发展的成果惠及全国广大农民,其意义重大深远。
The construction of new socialist countryside is a historic task in our modemization process. In order to make sure that insurance will play an important part in the development of national economy, we must take some measures to develop the insurance market in rural area. Developing insurance market in rural area is the request of both carrying out scientific views of development and construction of harmonious socialist society. Therefore, fully making use of the active function of insurance in the constructing new socialist countryside, groping an effective ways to develop insurance market in rural area, and offering peasants with the advantages of the development of insurance, which means a great deal to us all.
