摘要
目的评价腹部“S”形扁平皮瓣修复手部脱套伤皮肤组织缺损的临床效果。方法对25例手部皮肤缺损患者分别采取“S”形扁平皮瓣和传统皮瓣修复创面,前者13例,后者12例,比较两种手术的临床效果。结果采用腹部“S”形扁平皮瓣组的皮瓣质量好,并发症少,疗程短,临床效果明显优于对照组。讨论腹部“S”形扁平皮瓣手术方法简单,实用,疗程短,易为病人所接受。
Objeetive Judge of abdominal ＂S＂ form skin flat of lamella that was repaired hand skin tissue of degloving injury clinical effect. Method 25 cases of patient skin with defect of hand part separately adopt ＂S＂ form skin flat of lamella which is traditional skin flap of tamella and using traditional repaired wound surface. The preceding 13 cases, the latter 12 cases, compare two geniuses operation of clinical effect. Results To take on abdomen ＂S＂ formflat skin lamera group skin lainella quality fine, complication little. Period of treatment is short, clinical effect that was evidence observation group better than antitheses group. Conclusion To take on abdominal ＂S＂ form skin flat of lamella during operations. The method is easy Practicality; Period of treatment was short, and it was easy for patient to accept.
