一种基于WEB的物流绩效模型的研究

摘要 首先定义了基于WEB日志的物流绩效数据模型,模型通过抽取网页监控点实现物流运作的动态跟踪,将网页操作行为转换成量化的绩效指标;然后利用频繁项集的增量挖掘技术从WEB日志中挖掘绩效信息;最后在第三方物流商务平台上实现了物流绩效系统,实践表明采用增量挖掘算法的电子绩效技术更适用于现代电子商务系统,且效率和实用性高于传统方法. A new web-log-based data-model of logistics performance-evaluation is provided to correlate web pages and performance-effected indexes. By digging eigenvector of web-page commercial activities are automatically trailed in data-model. Basing on these results, an improved frequency-item-set incremental mining algorithm for performance-evaluation information is proposed. Finally, it is implemented on the third party logistic e-commercial platform and it shows that electronic performance-evaluation technology with incremental mining algorithm is more useful for modem e-commercial system. Furchermore, it more efficient and practical than traditional method.
