摘要
采用工业硝酸铈Ce(NO3)3.6H2O为原料制取CeO2,用干混法制备CeO2高温煤气脱硫剂。在固定床反应器中考察不同还原温度、不同还原时间对脱硫剂脱硫效率的影响。结果表明:脱硫剂预还原时间越长,还原温度越高,脱硫剂的脱硫效率越高;氧化铈脱硫剂在硫化样品中出现了新的物相Ce4.667(SiO4)O,铈的价态约为+3。
Cerium oxide is a new typical sorbent for high-temperature gas desulfurization . The primary advantage of cerium oxide is the potential to production to produce elemental sulfur during the regeneration phase of the process. The hot gas desulfurizer using CeO2 as active agent was prepared by dry-mixed process utilizing commercial Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as precursor. The effect of reduction time and reduction temperature on sulfidation efficiency of cerium oxide sorhent were studied in fixed bed reactor. The results show that desulfurization efficiency could he improved by increasing reduction temperature; and it was found that the longer the reduction time, the higher the desulfurization efficiency. XRD characterization show that there is new material Ce4 667 (SiO4)O in desulfurizer, the chemical value of cerium is about around + 3.
