摘要
先进性教育活动为进一步加强高校党建工作、推动高等教育事业更快发展和改革提供了重要契机。高校党组织的凝聚力,不仅应体现在能凝聚党员干部的心,更应体现在能充分调动广大党外知识分子的积极性和创造性上。充分认识和正确评价高校党外知识分子的思想现状是切实做好高校党外知识分子工作的前提和基础；针对高校党外知识分子的特点,切实查找高校党外知识分子工作漏洞并积极弥补是不断增强高校党组织凝聚力,充分发挥高校党外知识分子作用的非常现实和紧迫的工作；以先进性教育为契机,以“三个代表”重要思想为指针,构建一种科学的党外人才培养、使用、流动、激励、服务和管理新机制,是不断增强高校党组织的凝聚力,充分发挥高校党外知识分子作用的关键。
