摘要
分析高校图书馆利用就业信息资源,辅助就业弱势,开展个性化主动服务。引导大学生就业、创造未来、思索问题,品行学问,拓宽图书馆就业信息资源服务环境。
This paper demonstrates how university library makes use of employment information to assist the adverse employment colony and develop its individuation service. It can help the university student obtain employment, build their future, ponder the problem and knowledge as well as strengthen service environment of employment information in library.
