摘要
探讨抗战时期陕西民营工业起落的原因及启示.认为抗战前期陕西民营工业快速发展是战时所处地位的变化、内迁工厂的影响、国民政府的扶持、当地市场扩大等因素造成的;后期全面衰落是能源、原料的限制、“政府统制”政策的失误、国有企业的冲击及通货恶性膨胀的影响等造成.由此表明,陕西工业的发展离不开与全国各地工业的发展与交流;民营经济的发展离不开政府的支持与鼓励.
The reasons of up and down of Shannxi private industry during anti-Japanese war are probed. In the early period, Shannxi private industries developed very quickly due to the influence and shift of some industries. Moreover, the government suppprt and expanding of local market played key roles on its developments. However, in the late period of anti-Japanese war, owing to some factors, such as the limit of resources and raw materials, the wrong policy of KMT, the impact of state-run industries and inflation, Shannxi private industries went downhill. It is showed that the development of Shannxi private industries connect closely with the national ones. Without government＇s aid and encouragement, the private industries will not bring about prosperous state.
