摘要
实现为供电部门提供准确、可靠、安全数据的要求,利用网络技术进行配变在线综合监测与控制管理.介绍了系统的体系结构,阐述了配变监测子系统的原理和功能.该系统能够实现电网无功动态补偿,同时可以实时监测变压器安全经济运行,结合管理系统分析软件可以对变压器经济运行的各项参数进行分析处理,得出各项指标并生成报表,提高了对供电网的自动化管理水平.
According to the demand of supplying the datum with nicety, credibility and safety in power system, a network technique was used to realize on-line integrated monitoring and control. The architecture of the system was introduced. The principle and function in the terminal of power distribution substation were described in detail. The system can realize dynamic compensating in imaginary power and safety economic operation real-time monitoring at the same time. Combined with managing analysis software, it can deal with every parameter of economic operation, and can give out every index to form report forms, to heighten the level of automatic managing.
