摘要
在介绍了传统交通事故现场勘测手段的缺陷及现有三维激光扫描系统的不足和弱点之后,给出了一种基于VRS的交通事故现场勘测三维激光扫描系统,介绍了该系统的工作原理,给出了其涉及的核心技术。该系统在交通事故现场勘测,G IS数据采集、移动测绘等领域均具有巨大应用潜力。
After the introduction of the limitations and poor efficiency of traditional method in reconnaissance of transportation accidents,a new 3D laser scanning system based on VRS technology is proposed firstly.Then,the work principle as well as associated kernel technique is discussed.It is proved that this system has a good potential in traffic accident reconnaissance,GIS data collection applications,mobile mapping and other areas.
