摘要
介绍了固态继电器(SSR)的基本原理,以SSR为核心,采用定时器、单片机和PID调节器等控制SSR的方法进行了定时开关控制器、程控烘箱和玻璃退火炉的调功加热设计。简要分析了SSR的热设计,并讨论了在SSR的应用过程中影响其性能可靠性的相关因素以及抗干扰问题。
The fundamental of the solid relay was introduced. Using timer, SCM and PID adjuster to control solid relay,the timer controller, programmed oven and glass anneal furnace heating by adjustable power were designed. The design of solid relay in heat environment was analyzed, and the reliability and anti-interference factor during usage were researched.
