摘要
提出了一种可供AGC的采样系统使用的数字式滤波器。仿真研究和在实验轧机上进行的研究表明,该滤波器可从轧制力信号中滤去由于轧辊偏心所引起的轧制力波动成分。在厚度计式AGC中应用该滤波器,可避免由于轧辊偏心造成的误调节,提高控制精度。
In this paper,we make a research on the effect of chemical composition of buffer on joint strength by inserting 4J33,Ni,Ti and Cu between ZrO 2 and steel 40Cr.The results indicate:the chemical reaction between 4J33,Ni and brazing alloy harms the activity of solder and damages the bonding of ZrO 2/buffer/40Cr;although Ti and Cu dissolive into the brazing alloy greatly,they don′t affect the reaction between ZrO 2 and solder and improve the jiont strength of ZrO 2/40Cr.
