摘要
分析比较了泡罩塔负荷性能图相关关联式。利用Aspen Plus平台搭建现有装置泡罩塔模型,采集模型中相关水力学效据,依据泡罩塔负荷性能图的关联式,绘制泡罩塔负荷性能图。通过分析泡罩塔负荷性能图,能快速找出现有泡罩塔的瓶颈,指导实际泡罩塔稳定生产与操作。
Analyzed and compared the correlative expressions of the performance curves of the bubble cap column. Builded the matching actual circumstance modeling of bubble cap column with Aspen Plus, and collected the related hydraulic data of the model, then plotted the performance curves of the bubble cap column according to correlative expressions of the performance curves of the bubble cap column. By analyzing performance curves of column, can quickly finds out the bottlenecks of the bubble cap column, and guides the actual industry production.
