摘要
农民休闲是建设社会主义新农村的重要课题。随着农村生产力的发展,农民闲暇增多,农民将更加关注自己的生活质量,特别是闲暇生活,农民休闲成为可能和必要。农民休闲促进新农民自我实现、自我发展,促进新农村人际和谐,推动新农村全面进步。当前相对滞后的农民休闲,有碍社会主义新农村的建设发展,这一问题亟待解决。要发展农民休闲,除了大力发展农村经济这一基础外,还需做多方面工作:培养农民文明休闲观念,提升农民休闲品位;开发农村休闲资源,建设系统休闲工程;倡导农民休闲方式多元化,拓展农民休闲范围。
Peasant＇s recreation is an important subject of building socialist new countryside. With the development of rural productivity and peasants＇ increasing leisure time, peasants will pay close attention to their own life quality, especially life at leisure; Peasant＇s recreation becomes, therefore, possible and necessary. Peasant＇s recreation promotes the new peasant＇s self- actualization and self- development. It also makes the new countryside personality harmonious and promotes the new countryside to progress in an all - round way. Recreation of peasant which is relatively lagged behind at present hinders the construction and development of the socialist new countryside. This problem is demanding prompt solution. Besides developing rural economy as the foundation, there is also much work needed to do to develop peasant＇s recreation, such as cultivating peasant＇s civilization recreation idea, promoting peasant＇s recreation grade and taste, developing rural recreation resources, constructing systematic recreation project, advocating peasant＇ s recreation way to be pluralism, and expanding the recreation range of peasants.
