干细胞可塑性争议及分化假说

Plasticity controversy and differentiation hypotheses of stem cells

摘要 对有关干细胞可塑性的不同观点进行了概述,并关注了干细胞潜能和细胞表型多样性传统观点上的争议,讨论了在当前公认动物模型上观察到的干细胞可塑性现象,并对分化细胞发生细胞表型转变的试验性观察结果进行了总结。 The present review not only examined the different points of stem sell plasticity focused on the controversies of traditional views on stem cell potentiality and cell type variety, but also discussed the phenomenon of plasticity observed in the wildly accepted animal models. In addition,the experimental resuits derived from research of trans-differentiation of somatic cells were summarized.
