低压无功功率补偿系统改造设计

摘要 以某公司钢管3PE防腐生产线低压集中无功功率补偿系统改造设计为例,介绍了对低压局域电网进行低压集中无功功率补偿改造的可行性和有效性,以及进行此类改造的工作步骤和技术细节。实践表明,通过对钢管3PE防腐生产线低压电网进行无功功率补偿,既可减少用电单位的电费支出,减少单位钢管防腐产品的生产成本,还能明显提高低压电网的供电质量,同时也提高了钢管防腐生产线的可靠性和稳定性。 Taking modification design for low- voltage reaetire power compensation system of steel tubes 3PE antisepsis production line as example, the feasibility and validity of low -voltage reactive power compensation modification of low voltage electric network are presented, including the processes and technology details, It is proved that this kind of modification can decrease the payout of electricity consumption units and manufacturing cost of antisepsis products for steel tubes, also can raise electric supply quality of low voltage electric network, at the same time improve the producing reliability and stability of steel tubes antisepsis production line.
