摘要
为了提高超声波检测技术的自动化程度和精度,在针对大型曲面结构的自动化超声检测过程中,采用二次建模方法进行曲面重建,即基于边界线和特征线的初始曲面建模方法与基于扫描线的网格划分曲面重建方法,并对此方法进行了计算机仿真与试验。
In order to improve the precision and the level of automation of ultrasonic detection, the way of twice modeling constructed is adopted in the detection process for large curved work piece, it is the method of initial curved surface construction based on boundary line and feature line and the way of reconstruction based on scanning beam. The result is tested by experiments.
