摘要
该课题是对德国北部城市德骚某衰退区域进行城市设计、通过找寻新形式、创造新品质、建立新联系而将城市密度降低到最合适的程度。本方案引入“负生长”概念来对城市衰退地区的问题进行解答,同时对未来的发展模式做出设想。
This subject is to make a urban design aiming at the Dessau＇s city shrinking area in the north of Germany. By finding out new forms, creating new qualities and establishing new relationship Io reduces the city density to ils besl The paper introduces the project which focus on the concept of ＂Negative growing＂ to make an answer of these questions and conccive of a future dcvolopmental mode on the shrinking area.
