摘要
资源可分为三类:第一类是不可再生的资源,第二类是可周而复始地在转化中得以持续利用的资源,第三类是在保育中得以永续利用的资源。攀枝花市拥有这三类资源。对第一类资源应采用新技术,科学地采掘、冶炼,以延长它的生命周期;对第二类资源中的水力资源,应与煤炭资源互补,形成水火互济、丰枯调节的最佳能源组合利用方式;对第三类旅游资源则需要“呵护”,不断地“养育”,绿色产业是长青的。
Resources can be classified into three kinds：the first one is the resource that is irreproducible;the second one is the resource that can be subject to sustainable use during its transformation and the third one is the one that can be subject to sustainable utilization in its conservation. Luckily,Panzhihua city does have all the three kinds of resources.For the first kind of resources,new technology should be applied for its extraction and smelting so as to extend its life circle.For the water resource of the second kind of resources,combined utilization of the water and fire and regulation of water use during wet season and dry season should be made for the best combined use of energy.For the third kind of resources,that is,tourist resources,protection is necessary for the steady fosterage,as the green industry is evergreen.
