摘要 本文通过K5耐热合金与2Cr12NiWMoV耐热钢的真空扩散连接,研究了焊接工艺参数T、P、t及中间层厚度对接头组织与性能的影响规律。结果表明,对于这两种材料的真空扩散连接,其最佳工艺参数区间为:T=1100~1200℃,t=5~30min,P=5~30MPa.所焊试件的室温拉伸强度可达850MPa,断裂发生于耐热合金母村或焊缝,接头为韧性破坏.500℃高温拉伸强度为750MPa,试件皆拉断于耐热钢母材。中间层厚度对接头性能有明显影响,其最佳厚度值与试样尺寸有关. The vacuum diffusion bonding between K5 heat-resisting alloy and 2Cr12NiWMoV heat-resisting steel was studied,and the effects of the welding parameter T,P and also the interlayer thickness on the microstructure and properties of the joint were investigated.The optimum parameters for this diffusion bonding were found to be:T=1100~1200℃,t=5~30min,P= 5~30MPa.When the bonded specimens were tensioned at room temperature,the fracture take place at the K5 heat-resisting alloy part or at the joint,and the tensile strength is 850MPa.When the tensile test was carried out at 500℃,all the bonded specimens are fractured at the heat-resisting steel part,and the tensile strength is 750MPa.The interlayer thickness greatly affect the joint properties,and the optimum interlayer thickness depend on the size of the bonded specimen.
