摘要
在工程实践和理论分析的基础上,论述了破碎巷道围岩化学加固机理,并介绍了化学加固材料及围岩加固方法,进而分析了采用化学加固技术加固破碎巷道围岩的实际工程效果,采用平孔压注法加固煤帮、斜孔压注法加固破碎顶板,提高了围岩的完整性和稳定性,加固效果十分显著。
Based on engineering practice and theoretical study, the mechanism of chemical grouting for consolidation of fractured rocks is discussed. The material and method for chemical grouting are also described. Finally the technique and effect of chemical grouting in consolidation of broken rocks is depicted. Two injection methods are used, the one consolidates the coal ribs of roadway through horizontal boreholes, and the other reinforces the broken roof in roadway through inclined boreholes. The integrity and stability of the roadway surrounding rock are improved obviously.
