摘要
用乳液聚合法和种子溶胀聚合法研究合成了单分散高聚物微球。用乳液聚合法合成粒径2μm和3.1μm的单分散聚苯乙烯微球作种子,首先用不溶于水的有机溶剂对种子进行溶胀,然后再用单体溶胀,可合成粒径较大的约SPin、6.4μm、和8μm的单分散交联聚苯乙烯微球。单体浓度和种子浓度对聚合物微球粒径大小及其均匀性产生一定影响。
The synthesis of monodisperse polymer particles via emulsion polymerization methodand seeding swelling polymerization method is discussed in this paper. Taking monodispersepolystyrene particles with diameter of 2μm and 3. 1μm prepared by emulsion polymerizationas seed particles. Larger monodisperse cross-linked polystyrene particles with diameter ofspin, 6. 4μm and 8μm can be prepared by swelling the seed particles with organic solventhaving a very low solubility in water, and then swelling with monomers. The influence ofmonomer concentration and seed concentration on particles size and monodispersity is alsodiscussed.
