摘要
目的:优选康妇消炎栓的制备工艺。方法:用正交设计法对提取后浸膏的喷雾干燥工艺进行了研究、并对喷雾干燥后的成型工艺进行了研究。结果:喷雾最佳工艺为浸膏相对密度2·10、进风温度200℃、出口温度100℃;确定了成型工艺。结论:该工艺合理,适合于大生产。
Objective: To optimize the preparation technology of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository. Methods: The spray drying process was studied by orthogonal experiment, and the formation technology after spray drying was studied. Results: The spray drying best craft was extracts proportion 2. 10, enters the wind temperature 200℃, the outlet temperature 80℃. The formation technology was definited as well. Conclusion: This craft is suitable; it can be used in industrial production.
