摘要
目的:优选康妇消炎栓的制备工艺。方法:用正交设计法对提取后浸膏的喷雾干燥工艺进行了研究、并对喷雾干燥后的成型工艺进行了研究。结果:喷雾最佳工艺为浸膏相对密度2·10、进风温度200℃、出口温度100℃;确定了成型工艺。结论:该工艺合理,适合于大生产。
Objective： To optimize the preparation technology of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository. Methods： The spray drying process was studied by orthogonal experiment, and the formation technology after spray drying was studied. Results： The spray drying best craft was extracts proportion 2. 10, enters the wind temperature 200℃, the outlet temperature 80℃. The formation technology was definited as well. Conclusion： This craft is suitable; it can be used in industrial production.
