摘要
本文以多元化理论中的五种战略资产及多元化业务单元相互之间的动态作用关系为基础,提出了一套基于核心竞争力的企业多元化业务相关性评价体系,既可以用于企业多元化业务的识别和引进决策,也可以用于企业“归核化”战略中不良业务的剥离决策。
This paper presents a set of valuation system for corporate diversified operation on basis of core competitive ability, which based on the five strategic assets in the theory of diversification and the dynamic relationships among the diversified operations. The system is not only useful to the decision process of identifying and developing a diversified operation, but also useful to the decision process of giving up an ill-performed operation in a core competence focused corporation.
