黄芪多糖对生长猪生产性能及免疫性能的影响 被引量:35

The Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharides from Huang-qi(APS) on the Immune Functions and Performance of Growing Swines

摘要 20头日龄相近平均体重在30.0±0.5 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交小母猪,随机分为2个处理,每个处理10头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组饲喂基础日粮+黄芪多糖(500 m g/kg),研究黄芪多糖对生长猪生长性能及免疫性能的影响。试验结果表明:饲料中添加黄芪多糖不影响生长猪的生产性能(P>0.05),但有一定的提高生产性能的趋势;能够提高生长猪血清中球/白比值,提高BSA免疫抗体OD值(P<0.05)及植物血球凝集素(PHA)刺激皮褶厚度增加值。 20 pigs (Duroc × Large white ×Landrace) weighed 30.0± 0.5 kg were allotted averagely into 2 treatments with 10 pigs per treatment to study the effects of antibiotics alternative-astragalus polysaccharides from Huang-qi (APS) on the immune functions and growth performance of growing swines. The results showed that APS did not improve the performance of growing swines(P〉0.05),but had definite propensity. At the same time ,it could enhance the ratio of globulin/albumin in serum, the OD amount of bowine serum albumin(BSA) antibody and the increment of skinfold thickness which was stimulated by phytohemagglutinin (PHA).
