摘要 目的:观察左旋咪唑联合锌硒宝对小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效及免疫功能变化。方法:82例反复呼吸道感染患儿分为两组,对照组40例给予抗感染及对症治疗,治疗组42例在常规治疗基础上加用左旋咪唑和锌硒宝。结果:治疗组疗效优于时照组(P<0.01);结论:左旋咪唑联合锌硒宝治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效满意。 Objective: To observe the effect of levamisole combined with zinc selenium tablet on treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTI) and the influence of their immunity. Method: Eighty-two patients with RRTI were divided into two groups: 42 cases in the tested group were treated with anti-infection and routine therapy plus levamisole and zinc selenium tablet, while 40 cases in the controlled group were treated with anti-infection and routine therapy only. Result: The therapeutic effect of tested group was obviously better than that of the controlled group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Levamisole combined with zinc selenium tablet are effective in treatment of children with RRTI.
