摘要
目的观察羊膜移植术联合消炎痛治疗农作物外伤所致角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法农作物眼外伤所致真菌性角膜溃疡60例60眼,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30眼,治疗组加用消炎痛滴眼液。两组对比观察角膜创面愈合与角膜缘血管翳形成情况。所有病例于手术显微镜下彻底剖切溃疡灶及周围水肿浑浊的角膜组织,取羊膜修剪成植床大小,上皮面朝上贴敷于溃疡面,再取1块较大的羊膜覆盖其上并以10-0尼龙线缝合固定。1周后治疗组加用消炎痛滴眼液滴眼。结果60例(60眼)局部创面1周内全部愈合,治疗组术后6月3眼形成角膜血管翳;对照组术后6月,18眼形成角膜血管翳。两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论多层羊膜移植加消炎痛滴眼治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效较好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of in the treatement for fungous cornea ulcer indomethacin. Methods 60 eyes with fungous cornea ulcer due to were divited to two groups at random, one with 30 eyes as control group, the other with indomethacin eye drops. Observe the healing condition of cornea wound and the forming condition of limbal vascularized area. All the cases were thoroughly cut the ulcer lesions and the dropsy muddy cornea tissues around under the operational microscope. Took the amnion and manicure it the same size as wound, applied it to the ulcer area with its top side. Took another larger amnion to covered it and statured it with 10 - 0 nylon wire. A week later, the patients in treating group were treated with indomethacin. Results The local wound of 60 cases healed up in a week. Six months later, 18 eyes in the comparitive group formed cornea vascularized area, while in the treating guoup there were only three, The difference is obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The curative effect of treating fungous cornea ulcer with indomethacin and transplantation of mutiple floor amniotic membrane is excellent.
