摘要
目的探讨细胞S相激酶相关蛋白(Skp2)表达与食管癌的临床病理关系。方法用免疫组化SP法检测58例食管癌及20例正常食管黏膜组织中Skp2蛋白的表达。结果58例食管癌组织与20例正常食管黏膜组织中Skp2蛋白阳性表达率分别为32.76%(19/58)、10.0%(2/20),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);食管癌组织Skp2阳性表达率随肿瘤分化程度降低而升高(P<0.05);食管癌组织Skp2阳性表达率均与食管癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、临床分期及淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论食管癌中Skp2蛋白表达与病理分级有关,提示Skp2蛋白与食管癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (Skp2) expression in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(SCC). Methods The expression of Skp2 was determined by SP immunohistochemistry in 58 specimens of esophageal SCC and 20 specimens of normal esophagus, Results In specimens of esophageal SCC and normal esophagus the positive rates of Skp2 expression were 32, 76% ( 19/58 ) and 10, 0% (2/20) , respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive rate of Skp2 expression increased when the differential degree of esophageal SCC decreased ( P 〈0. 05). The positive rate of Skp2 expression was not associated with the patients age, sex, tumor location, TNM stage or lymph node metastasis ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression of Skp2 in esophageal SCC was correlated with the histology grade. It indicated that Skp2 could be associated with the development and progression of esophageal carcinoma.
