摘要
高校科研管理人员素质既包括专业、技术、技能方面的,如信息处理、政策把握、整体协调、开拓创新等能力,也包括人格和道德方面的,如敬业精神、职业道德等。高素质管理人员是高水平科研管理的基础。
Requirements for the research management personnel in universities include two aspects: one, professional and technological requirements such as abilities in information processing, policy understanding, coordination and innovation; the other, personality and morality requirements such as devotion and occupational ethics. High-quality personnel is the foundation for high-level management.
