摘要
近年来,中小企业在一国经济和社会稳定发展中所发挥的作用与功能越来越受到重视,但是,关于中小企业的相关支持政策却没有得到应有的注意和重视,这客观上导致了中小企业“强位弱势”的尴尬地位。从中小企业的固有属性来看,中小企业的发展需要系列政策的支持与保障。本文以陕西省中小企业支持政策问题分析为研究对象,具体分析陕西省中小企业支持政策存在的系列问题,并提出相关建议,以期为中小企业制定更加科学合理的支持政策,进一步推动中小企业的健康成长。
In recent years, the function of SMEs has played an important role in the economy and the social stability development of a country .however, the support policy of SMEs has not been attached importance to its contribution, which leads to the awkward situation of ＂strong power but weak strength＂ objectively. In the perspective of nature of SMEs, which needs supports and safeguards of the series policy. The paper takes support policy problem of Shaanxi province as an example, analyzing the problem of support policy in shaanxi province and proposing some suggestion, hoping to help some departments to make more scientific and reasonable support policy of SMEs and take more effective policy of execution, which could impel the growth of SMEs in the healthily.
