摘要 介绍了PID控制的理论基础及其参数自整定的基本原理和常规方法,并简述了传统和现行PID参数自整定的原理及策略,把前馈、串级控制系统和按计算指标控制的控制系统等涉及自整定PID控制器应用于新疆天业股份有限公司26万t/a PVC装置的DCS集散控制系统中,为生产装置正常运行、节能降耗,保证安全生产,提高产品质量起了决定作用。 The theoretical foundation of PID control were introduced as well as the basic theory and conventional methods for the self- adjustment of PID parameters. Such controlling system related to self- adjustment PID controllers as the feedforward and cascade controlling system, and the controlling system ac cording to calculated indexes were applied to the DCS facilities for the production of 260 kt/a PVC in Xinjiang Tianye Inc., which played the decisive role in ensuring the safety running of production facilities, saving energy, decreasing consumption, and improving the product quality.
