摘要 针对飞机襟翼系统日常管理维护中检查复杂、排故不便的缺点,在对飞机襟翼系统详细分析的基础之上,以PC104总线结构为核心设计了飞机襟翼系统同步检测仪。该检测仪可对襟翼系统进行离位检测和参数调整,准确判定故障部位。检测仪具有硬件可靠性高、软件可维护性和可扩充性强等特点,且技术先进,性能优越。试验表明,该仪器能够快速准确地对飞机襟翼系统进行测试和维护,完全可以作为独立设备配备使用,具有较大的推广应用价值。 In view of the discommodiousness and complicated testing method of the aileron in the ordinary time. After analysis the aileron of the airplane particularly, producing the system of aileron in airplane synchronizing measuring device which based on PC104 Bus, using this device we can adjust some parameters and do some isolation examinations, we can also find out the fault position accurately. The device hardware has good reliability, and the maintainability and extensibility of software are very well, all of these advantages make this device has high. Having advanced technology and superior performance, it enormously enhances the efficiency of services and safeguard. It has tested to proved that it can check and maintain the aileron of the airplane quickly and accurately, it has great value in popularizing and it can be used as independent equipment.
