“售后包租”作为一种房地产营销方式,在具体的运作上存在违约风险、挪用资金风险、经营风险、法律风险和事后风险。文章从售后包租产生的根源出发,对售后包租的潜在风险进行分析,说明解决售后包租问题的有效方案———房地产信托。
