摘要
利用纸层析对玫瑰色素进行了分离,并对其色素成分进行了初步鉴定。结果表明:玫瑰色素中既有黄酮类物质又有花色苷,其主要成分有黄酮醇和矢车菊花色苷元-3-葡萄糖苷。
The experiment main separates rose pigment by paper chromatography and studies the contents in rose. The experimental results show that there are flavones and anthocyanins in rose. The major fraction is flavonols and cyanisin-3-glucoside.
