摘要
鞍钢第二炼钢厂为满足IF钢、管线钢、硅钢等高附加值产品生产的需要,2003年采用新型的气动挡渣系统用于生产,通过实践表明:该系统运行稳定,下渣量≤5kg/t,实现设计功能,满足生产要求。
In order to meet the demand for high value - added steel products such as IF steel, pipeline steel, silicon steel, etc, No.2 steelmaking plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation introduced a new pneumatic slag stopper in 2003. The practice indicates that this system operates steadily, and slag carryover can be controlled to less than 5kg/t.
