摘要
本文主要介绍了广电IP语音(VoIP)在统计全省通信专网上的应用。首先介绍了河南广电网络的概况,分析了VoIP的两项国际标准,VoIP的特点,以及设计VoIP方案需要注意的原则。结合河南省统计系统网络情况和需求,提出了具体实施方案,并提供了系统的网络拓扑图。最后进行语音系统测试并附测试结果。
The transmission of speech information via IP and packet network provides a very good opportunity of developing radio and TV network. After it is built and put into operation on the trunk transmission network, the Henan provincial radio and TV network formed an internal private network within Henan Province for various important departments of Party committee and Government, such as provincial statistic bureau. Bank of China provincial branch, etc., giving VPN. frame relay, digital circuits and other services. This not only saves expenses of loll calls for various departments, but also enables the network itself to produce better benefits. The VoIP technology and characteristics are outlined and the practice of operating Henan provincial VIP consumers' IP phone service is introduced.
