摘要
烟草专卖制度作为典型的政治经济制度,诞生已经近400年了,它曾推动了世界烟草产业的迅速发展,但是随着经济一体化的趋势日益明显,其缺陷也逐渐暴露。因此对世界各国的烟草专卖制度进行深入的研究和探讨对我国的烟草专卖制度的改革有着重要的意义。
It has been over four hundred years since tobacco monopoly system, as a typical political and economic system, was born. Tobacco monopoly system promoted rapid development of tobacco industry of the world and has shortcomings with integrating of economy. Thus, research and discussion on tobacco monopoly system of each country are of great significance to China＇s tobacco monopoly system reform.
