摘要
在中国共产党执政的条件下,中国共产党领导的主要任务是发展生产力、搞好国家政权建设、按照国家政权建设的要求推进党的自身建设。加强党的执政能力建设必须坚持和完善人民代表大会制度。在目前的情况下,完善人民代表大会制度应从三个方面入手:改进执政党人大代表候选人提名方式、延长人大常委会会期、加强各级人大常委会的制度建设。
The main tasks of the Communist Party of China （CPC）, under the condition that the CPC is at the helm of the state, are developing productivity, constructing state power well and carrying forward to construct the party in power itself according to the demands of state power-construction. Enhancing the construction of the capacity of the party in power must adhere to and perfect the Institution of People＇s Congress. The Institution of People＇s Congress should be perfected from three parts-improving ways that the party in power nominates the candidates of the deputy to the People＇s Congress, prolong ing the duration of a meeting of the Standing Committee of the People＇ s Congress, and strengthening the institution- constructions of the Standing Committee of the People＇s Congress at different levels.
